Hi Armin.
CA Publishing is accepting submissions for the 7th volume of International Contemporary Artists.
This publication will feature works, each of which offers a unique sensibility and approach to art. All artists interested in participating should send 4-5 images of their work in jpg format and a short statement or essay, no more than 100 words by email.
When the editing process is over, the jurors will choose among the works of the selected artists, the best ones, for the front and the back cover of the book.

Hallo Armin!
Jetzt habe ich Deine Kunst wieder mal besser betrachtet.
Ich muss sagen, super gemacht,
ganz besonders wenn man die Abstraktion liebt.
Die Kunst ist unendlich weitgehend, genau das ist interessant.
Die sogenannte zeitgenössische Kunst kann eigentlich nicht verstehen, weil man dort teilweise nicht mehr einen Strich auf der Leinwand sieht.
Wir sind halt in einer neuen Zeit angelangt, nicht alles ist schöner geworden, oder?
Hoffen wir rotzdem auch weiterhin für alle Menschen alles Gute.
Dir wünsche ich wieder sehr schöne Sommertage.

I sensed a great, infinite scream run through nature, Edvard Munch.
Inspired by Edvard Munch's most famous painting The Scream, Mad For Real's eponymous performance reactivates this iconic picture into a live, vocalised expression of contemporary angst. Whereas Munch's screams came from the madhouse or the abattoir of the 1890s, Cai Yuan and Jian Jun Xi's Scream invites participation 110 years later in a globalised context of economic and social uncertainty. Resonating with well-known texts of Chinese modernity since the May Fourth movement, such as famous author Lu Xun's volume Call to Arms of 1922, Mad For Real's Scream reaches across time and culture into a single, communal burst of humanity.

Hallo Armin! Ich war wieder einmal auf dieser schönen Webseite. Ostern steht vor der Tür! Hoffentlich keine schwarzen Ostern, wo uns das gelbe vom Ei vorgelogen wird. Ich möchte, dass in allen Nestern die Eier von glücklichen Hühnern liegen. Ich hoffe, dass über gesunde Wiesen, keine Pferde galoppieren, sondern süße kleine Osterhäschen die Eier verstecken.
In diesem Sinne wünsche ich Steffen Fuchs“ (Autor) aus Mittenwald und das Katerle Kasimir gesunde und „Frohe Ostern 2013“

Where There's Smoke

Carried by the wind, smoke usually follows the contours of the earth’s surface. On flat, unbroken terrain and over water, smoke streamers take longer to spread out and mix with other streamers. Obstructions, such as trees and buildings, tend to break up smoke streamers. The streamers may then re-form, cover a larger area, and create a more uniform cloud than over open terrain. Large hill masses and very rugged terrain cause strong cross currents of wind and tend to create holes and uneven dispersal of the smoke cloud.
1. Use proper movement techniques and formations.
2. Time smoke support with decision points
3. Use unobscured weapons to overwatch
4. Do not become silhouetted by your own smoke
5. Engage the enemy through the smoke
6. Plan for enemy countermeasures
7. Plan for additional maneuver time under smoke
8. Maintain situational awareness
9. Know where the enemy is
